At Esteem Vitality we aim to cater for not only all fitness levels, but all budgets as well. Group personal training is a cost effective solution for those looking for the knowledge and results gained from personal training without the price tag. Our sessions are programmed to build strength with a strong focus on technique and progression. Our groups are capped at six people in order to ensure that all members are properly supervised and corrections can be applied when required.
