Women's walking group

At Esteem Vitality we are passionate about movement in all forms so why not join us and kick-start your day with some steps and a chat around Lake Caroline. The meeting point is at the war memorial on Lake Street and we set off at 9am for three laps around the lake. Our walking group is free to join, is pet and stroller friendly, and you can stay for the full three laps or head off after one or two. The full distance is approx. 5.7km and will take around an hour to complete.
